Top 10 Emerging Cities/towns in the U.S.?

I wanted to see what top 10 cities and towns would be good to acquire rental property in? Good as in terms of acquiring for a first time buyer/ beginner investor, and if the property the area is in can appreciate over time as well.

    Far too many to list. Just about anything in West Virginia, Georgia, Tennessee, Ohio, Kentucky, Kansas, etc. Stay off the coast and stay away from disaster states like Michigan or Illinois that have big trouble areas and are getting worse.
