Anybody familiar with the prices of Colombus, OH market? Anything around $100k-$150k? Looking for an OOS investment I was told to look in the Midwest and was wondering if there are any specific areas/ surrounding cities that can meet my budget needs?

    Yes, there are many real estate investment opportunities in the Columbus, OH market in the $100k-$150k range. The best areas to look in zip code, such as 43211, 43201, 43205, 43206, and 43224. These zip codes have housing markets that offer good value for investment and tend to have lower price points than other parts of Columbus.
