Questions to ask a realtor

Hello!

I just got pre approved for a loan and now on the step to getting with a realtor. I've been told to kind of interview and talk to more than one realtor to find the one that best suits your needs and i wanted to get some input. What questions should I ask a realtor so that I can find the one that best fits my needs? And what are some red and green flags I should look out for?

Thanks!

If looking for an investment you can ask your realtor if they work with other investors, are investors themselves, what strategies do their investors usually utilize, etc.
