I'm in Indy and we have a lot of people investing here. I typically hear our name mentioned with Columbus, OH and Memphis, TN as well.  We've seen a lot of stable growth here and the prices are still affordable. 

We use Hubpsot and it's perfect for what we are trying to do. We utilize the pipelines, video, tasks, reminders, etc...

Columbus OH and Indianapolis, IN are very similar markets. Let me know if you want to chat about Indy, happy to help!

Indy market here and it's very hot right now.  What Peter had said for Charlotte is/has become true here.  That growth is expected to increase in the coming years, which should help appreciation value in the right areas.  Happy to chat further if you'd like.

Indianapolis is a similar market to Columbus and we've had a lot of action here.  We've seen a lot of growth here over the last ten years and it's very competitive.  The Midwest in general seems to be good cash flow options for investors here.
