Thank you for the welcome I subscribed to the podcast but still need to setup the keyword alerts. In Orlando I'm looking for single family homes under 100k. I'm currently a web engineer and have been fortunate to build websites and applications for some very prominent companies. Real estate has always been one of my passions so I'm really excited to get into it. 

Hi @Joe Fairless, Thank your for the warm welcome. I'm currently looking at flipping a few single family homes in order to save some reserves to get into multi-family. This is the path I'm thinking unless I start looking for investors. My long term plan is to get several multi-family units for cashflow. I also wanted to say great job on the podcast I listen to it and few other while driving my little girls to school.

My name is Ivan and I'm currently a full time web engineer looking to transition into real estate investing. I received my Real Estate license when I graduated hight school and used it to pay for college. After a decade in the tech world I'm looking to jump back into real estate as an investor.
