If you want to test if the outlet is grounded you can buy a electrical receptacle wall plug AC outlet ground tester. You can fine them at one of the big box stores like HD.

Post: Thinking of reactivating my real estate license

I've had my real estate license in Florida since I was 18 years old. I used it to pay for collage and when I graduated to follow a career in Web engineer I set it to inactive.  I've kept up with it over the years and now that I'm transitioning into real estate investing I'm thinking of reactivating it. I'm only looking to buy and sell my own properties.

My questions are:

Should I reactivate it or just find a good agent?

Should I reactivate it with a national real estate company?

Should I reactivate it with one of the 100% commission brokers?

Thank you in advance.

@Justin Schulte and @Wayne Brooks thank you so much for your feedback. This house is definitely not holding me up in any way just wanted to see if there was another way of tracking it down.

I live in orlando Fl and I've been trying to track down information on a house that is owed by BAC Home Loan Servicing. According to the county records it says they are the oweners. The county records had a law firm representative as the main contact for the property. I looked him up and reached out but he told me after the foreclosure he handed it back to the bank and was not sure who I should reach out to. I looked up BAC and according to my search its a subsidiary of Bank of America. I've looked on BOA foreclosure site and can't seem to find that house in their listing. Any help or clue to tracking down someone to talk to about making an offer would be greatly appreciated.

@Roselyn Williams If the cabinets are in good conditions you could always refinish them if not I agree @Justin Tahilramani in the past big box stores have been the cheapest solution for me.
