Sad day @Andrew Meyer, the wife and I will actually be out of town the weekend. We will connect eventually though!

@Samuel George - we are working with Southwest Funding right now, Lisa and Terry Arowcavage have been amazing to work with. I echo @Clay Manship's feelings entirely, 3.5% down is alluring but the PMI kills cashflow and makes equity super tight. BUT, that was over a year ago, I am sure you have moved on by now! Good luck and would love to connect in person some time!

@Zach Tobias, understand that, the whole town is crazy this time of year! I am actually just about to put up another post for the next meeting. For now, the plan is to meet every 3rd Saturday.

Welcome John! I am in Bloomington so not too far away, just getting started myself. Looks like you have some good goals for long term cash flow! My wife and I rehabbed a house in Fort Wayne before we moved down here and are looking for a multi as an owner occupant to get started. Also intend to buy 1 a year starting this year. Good luck and hope we get a chance to meet face to face, we are trying to get a local group going, sounds like you might be interested! @Matt Sterling, Brownstown is a bit farther from Bloomington but you might be interested too!
