Funny, my experience with VestRight follows the trajectory of this thread. My wife and I first encountered VestRight and loved the sales pitch but also felt hesitant with onboarding/sales techniques. We ended up talking with a couple of VestRight folks for about a year before we finally purchased the course. Others have gone into great length and I can say that I agree with the positive comments, especially from an OG Bigger Pockets great, @Jay Hinrichs. His point is well made, the DIY bias is strong on this forum, and my wife and I realized that we can only take ourselves so far before we need a coach to help us level up. @David Hill and @Account Closed

What about a traditional long term tenant who occasionally or regularly rents their unit for game weekend while they stays with a friend?
