A reminder to everyone who was at the meet up last month: We do not have an official meeting scheduled during the busy holiday season in November and December. 

I would, though, like to get together with anyone who is interested in planning for 2017. If you are interested, let me know. I am thinking sometime early/mid-December.

The market here is unique from the rest of Indiana because of the campus, so values tend to stay higher here than in other areas. Bethel Lane is a beautiful area is far enough north that I would consider it rural and not suburban. 

@Andrew Meyer recently bought a property in the area and probably has better insight than me. There is also a decent group of folks on here starting to invest in the area, if you search the forums you can find some local investors as well as out of state investors.

Hey guys, welcome to BP and the Bloomington market! 

We have a small group of investors that meets each month to discuss the market, trends in our area, and potential deals. If you are interested, I will add your names to our list. We meet the third Monday of each month. 

@Account Closed - it seems like you have a lot of good connections in town. One of our up-coming discussions is going to focus on which projects provide the most value to your rehab for re-appraisal/flip - you might be interested in adding to the discussion.

Would love to see you guys at our next event or connect outside of that as well (especially if you are only visting for property inspection and closing)!
