Heelo Group,

My name is Lance from Bloomington, IN, and have purchased several homes for personnal use.  I am considering getting into multi-family rentals at this time, but do not have the experiece to tell if there are any deals out there or how to negotiate one.  I have many questions, and will read the blog section her to see if I can pick up anything to help me along the way.  Thank you
