Patch wall with similar style tile then re-glaze all the wall tile. Alternatively you can do a wainscoting right over top of the old tile with top trim piece and will cover everything up.

If I did whatever my parents thought was good for me I'd be homeless and broke.

Unfortunately there's no remediation for a meth lab more than tearing it down.

Paolo Ruggieri If I'm looking at this correctly you are saying you can do 70 deals for only $70? I keep rereading and maybe I'm missing something. I can tell you HomeVestors is way more expensive if that's the case.

Paolo Ruggieri cost per lead doesn't make a difference since you can have a super cheap cost per lead mailing to crap areas with no opportunity. That said, the 70 house number also is insignificant since it should be about the margins on the back end and not number of houses. I know in my market there are investors that have to buy way more houses than I to make the same amount. And on the other side of that my costs are higher, so all relative.

As a HomeVestors guy I can say none of the sellers I've ever bought from would have taken a low offer online.  It's the ability in the appointment to get the home at a discount.

I'm sure for anyone the seller always gives you an offer that's way high, and rarely are they in line with the discount needed for us investors to be successful/profitable.

I'd think that service is suited better for retail sales.

@Kevin Polite only franchisees of HomeVestors of America have the ability to use "We Buy Ugly Houses" trademark.  This trademark is strictly enforced.

Hi Brittany, unfortunately most auctions will require cash purchase so 203 isn't going to work. Seems like this one isn't meant to be. I'm a true believe that everything happens for a reason, so may want to take a moment here to get the credit score up and find something else once you're better prepared. Sorry be a downer, but any house I've ever chased, whether Investment or personal, has not turned out to be a positive experience in the end.
