A good reminder to always to due diligence when investing

This is unfortunate for all investors, but especially those in Denver and around Colorado. Wholesalers and marketers get lumped together when crappy operators like this do business. We Buy Ugly Houses didn't do anything wrong here, but that's not what the headline leads you to believe.

Nice find, @Christopher Phillips! Looks like she tried to grow too quickly and took on a bit too much debt.
