Homevestors
Does anyone have any feedback regarding the Homevestors franchise? (the "we buy ugly houses" company)

I'm a Homevestors franchisee. I joined 3 months ago along with another franchisee who is new to real estate. It took us 3-4 months of marketing to start getting deals in pipeline and now we both have multiple properties under contract. Meanwhile, my partner & I have purchased two properties as well.
My partner & I are both experienced and could have set up a business model w less cost however we felt the BRAND & SYSTEM was worth paying the franchise fees for. We also prefer for franchise to do marketing & bring in leads so we can focus our energy on other steps after closing a deal.
I'm satisfied :)
