HELP! PML OR HML... Where do I find one??

I'm trying to purchase a home for myself that just went to auction....

It's an online auction and I have until the 14th of June when it ends to try and make this happen.

What should be my steps to get it? I've already been in the property many times, so I know a lot about the property. It's an older home that I planned to get a FHA 203k loan with and rehab into a beautiful home.

I was looking into PML when I wanted to make an offer before it went to auction I just needed to raise my credit score a little in order to be pre approved. Now I'm hoping to still find a way to purchase it under a short time frame.

Would anyone be willing to suggest how I can go about making this deal happen? Thank you in advance for any help!
