Welcome to BP, you will found a ton of great information, but sometimes what happens to new people is they will be consumed with information, and don't take action right away. Go out and do the business while reading BP, and then if you get stuck on something during your deal, bring it here, and you will have a ton of people who will give you help. I live in Long Beach as well near Lakewood High School so reach out to me as well.

How does your software compare to  Freedomsoft or Real Flow?

Does it have a built in CRM, offer bot( will generate offers for you) mailing, etc.?

Hello All,

I'm in Southern California and have a new project starting tomorrow in Corona, California. I'm searching for a few other private money lenders to partner with on this project in particular. I can take you tomorrow morning to the new project so you can walk it, meet our project manager to see if this something that you would consider lending on.

Oh I always buy flip insurance in the event something happens to the property, and you will go on title. If you can't make it tomorrow you could either see our Costa Mesa project or any of the others we currently have as well.

P.S. Please don't ask in a forum setting what we pay as this will be a one on one conversation to see what your needs are, and then we can tailor make anything that works for both parties.
