The probate list in Florida has 2x times more than California so it will be a great area for investing in that's for sure. Continued success to you!!!!

Hello Investors,

We are getting a lot of properties from our vendors, and we can't rehab every one of them. I would like to be able to wholesale them, possible JV on others, but it has to be from experienced investors, and not other wholesalers. I will not jeopardize my relationship with my vendors for people trying to daisy chain these properties.

Please send me a message with all your contact information, and what type of deals everyone does, so I can put into a spreadsheet. These properties will move fast so I don't have time to chase you down for an EMD it will be first come first served in regards to putting money into escrow. You will have everything you will need for a quick decision, which will include an appraisal, if not appraisal, a BPO, and if not a BPO real comps that are apples to apples, contractors estimates, pictures, videos, and escrow instructions.

Eric,

I have never heard of this as last year we did 54 deals with him, and this year we have already done 38, and if there was an issue we would have known last year.

I have not bought 1 property this year from the MLS, and last year was 2. I focus 100% of our marketing budget on letters. I don't like competing with every other investor in Southern California or any where else for that matter. We would have been out of business if we relied solely on your method. Please don't get me wrong we are in 2 way different marketing areas, and if this strategy has been working I would say continue, but add some other resources to your arsenal.

Well I guess I'm the only one who actually paid for the Mastery Program( yes 35k) but at least for me it was the best investment I ever spent. We got started in late 2013 with the program, and in 2014 our business grew by leaps and bounds, and this year we will double what we did last year. We will rehab 100 houses this year, and we will wholesale about 70-80 as well. All future events we get to go for free, and for us we needed to get to the next level, and this program did it more so than REAI Clubs, or everything else.

Hello in my opinion you should wholesale the contract to a buyer who can purchase and the rehab. This Ali's a great way to build your capital.
