I will be speaking on a panel at the Manhattan Beach FIBI event on March 10, 2015. The topic is "Flipping or Flopping" and I am one of 3 panelists. I invite all BP members to the event, come early and network, pass out your business cards, be sure to say hello, and learn from others. This is one of my favorite clubs as the audience may engage the panel with questions and the room is filled with both beginners and seasoned pros. There are lenders, flippers, buy and holders, note investors, etc all at this event. Register online and pay $20, or pay $25 at the door. Link below.
