@Alexander ZeisbergI can almost visualize you pronouncing my name. Yes 4 syllables Ma-ta-na-neeeeee. Hopefully we can meetup and I will share what pushed me to dive in...but in a nutshell, I don't know of another business that can provide the financial freedom I am looking to achieve. I know there is a lot to learn, I know I have to put in smart effort, but if I do it right...I can bring my entire family along for the ride!!!

Hello BP Nation! I hope everyone is finding success in your real estate endeavors or at the very least breaking down barriers. I am a newbie to this industry coming off a 20 year retail career. I have always know the power of RE as an investment vehicle but I never had the know and to be honest the courage to take the leap. Well, the time is now. I know I have a lot to learn but I am hopeful to find and develop some meaningful relationships and partnerships that will benefit all of us in reaching our goals.

I currently reside in Port Orchard WA (West of Seattle across the Puget Sound) so I am looking to focus my efforts in the Kitsap County Region. As well I am looking to prospect southern Tacoma around Joint Base Lewis McChord and down towards Olympia ( I have a partner that resides in that area).
