New Investor - Washington State

Hello BP Nation! I hope everyone is finding success in your real estate endeavors or at the very least breaking down barriers. I am a newbie to this industry coming off a 20 year retail career. I have always know the power of RE as an investment vehicle but I never had the know and to be honest the courage to take the leap. Well, the time is now. I know I have a lot to learn but I am hopeful to find and develop some meaningful relationships and partnerships that will benefit all of us in reaching our goals.

I currently reside in Port Orchard WA (West of Seattle across the Puget Sound) so I am looking to focus my efforts in the Kitsap County Region. As well I am looking to prospect southern Tacoma around Joint Base Lewis McChord and down towards Olympia ( I have a partner that resides in that area).

@Frank Matanane - Welcome to BP! Welcome to the world of real estate investing in the Puget Sound region. The area you and your partner are looking to invest in is pretty much where I expect to start my investing career as well. That, or maybe the Renton-Kent-Auburn corridor.
