Any investors/agents from Las Vegas area? I am a wholesaler in TX and just came across a property behind the Wynn resort. Looking for some help/partnership to move property as soon as possible. Owner is very motivated and wants to sell quick. Its a very small condo 480sqft. Please let me know. Looking forward to working together.

It's a great service, provides you with accurate information and access to MLS. Customer service is superb, I've talked to the Co-Founder, Daniel Moore about some concerns of mine. I've used it for about 5 months now till I receive my actual license to comp here in Austin mainly. Also they send you a lead list of hundred of potential deals, i have yet to get a call back but still. Is a nice thing.... I highly recommend it!
