I came across a couple of properties in Refugio, Texas one with commercial rights. I mainly invest in the Austin, Texas and surrounding areas so not to familiar with Refugio. Is there anyone that does know  about this specific area? I don't have these properties under contract just yet but have very motivated sellers. Any help will be appreciated, thank you.

Hi BP,

I am a real estate investor based in Austin, TX currently focusing in wholesaling. I'm also in the process of obtaining my real estate license at the moment. In the meantime, I'm wondering how do I monetize as a wholesaler in the search of land? I have a couple friends and family members that are looking to obtain a couple acres of land in the outskirts of Austin. Mostly Manor, Bastrop, Elgin, Texas. Anyone have any ideas or access to land in those areas? Thank you.
