Hello. I am licensed in Austin, but am interested in getting comps in other counties outside of my MLS. I'm also looking for recommended sites for auctions/foreclosures/probate properties. I would love feedback on Propel which offers several of those things and any other companies that you want to share info about. I tried RealtyTrac and maybe I'm looking through it wrong, but it seems many of the listings seemed out of date and owned by investors already, which wasted a bunch of time. I asked their customer service about it and got answers that isn't really relate to the questions that I asked. Hubzu? Xome? 4closure.info?
