Hey, guys, I wanted to get some input on investing in multifamily properties with hard money loans. Is it practical? I want to start, but I'm wondering what the cons would be moving forward in that arena. Anyone with experience that has done it before? Another option I've heard of is a being part of a syndication but I've run into the issue of having to be an accredited investor which at the moment I am working towards. My market is Austin, TX.

No worries, Let me know if I can help with your search Bharath. Have a great day!

Colony Park is located in the far east of Austin which just like east Austin is expected to undergo a huge development in the next year(s). Developers just submitted their proposals Dec 21. Those manufactured homes are expected to be an elementary school and there will be a capital metro rail which will connect to the town of Elgin. "Planners envision a future for Colony Park that could bring much-needed business development in multiuse developments, with restaurants and other ground floor retail being added to the job-starved area"-statesmen, newspaper.
