Local real estate investor who is looking for an Investor friendly Real estate agent that can or will allow me to have access to the MLS... I am in dire need of comps for a few properties, current way and other sites aren't cutting it anymore, In return I promise to use your services when ready to list to retail buyers or put your name for a percentage. Thanks!

Hi Guys,

I have been wholesaling for about a year now and have concluded that it's not a bad idea to get my real estate license after all. Mostly I just want to be able to pull my own comps.  I want to find out what's the best school to go to in Austin Texas, for real estate. I have researched a lot of online schools and very confused on why others are cheaper than others if they all offer 180 hours of credit. Top two, so far are Champions school of real estate and Career Web school. Any other ones that I'm missing? I am also looking for one that doesn't break the bank.

Thank you.

I have a deal in a prime area here in Austin,Tx the property is worth $228,830. The owner owns it free ans clear and is currently using it as a rental. Th house is defiantly a tear down, the lot is the only value I see. I managed to get the comps from a local Realtor. I want to make and offer for 80k but I dont want to scare off the seller since she mention a previous investor offer her 75k. This would be my first wholesale deal and I really don't want to lose this deal. Any thoughts? Someone with experience? Thank you.
