Any investors/agents from Las Vegas area? I am a wholesaler in TX and just came across a property behind the Wynn resort. Looking for some help/partnership to move property as soon as possible. Owner is very motivated and wants to sell quick. Its a very small condo 480sqft. Please let me know. Looking forward to working together.
