Currently sourcing around 20-30 off market deals every month, north of the perimeter in Cobb, Bartow, Cherokee, etc. Looking to meet and connect with investors looking for deeply discounted properties for rentals and fix and flips. We run comps on each property and guarantee free and marketable title. Most of my business is repeat business but I would always love to chat with people looking for properties. No bidding wars. I have a few properties available that I think would be phenomenal BRRRR properties. Have some serious equity and are both very clean. One in Marietta and another in Kennesaw about 4 miles from KSU. I am an agent but solely focus on sourcing off market properties for investors looking to fix and flip and buy rentals. I work really hard to do repeat business and create win-win situations for everyone I am working with. I am proud to share another success below!

 I sold this Walton fixer upper in June and we were calling the retail value 420K. Walton is one of the most desirable school districts in Marietta, GA. Some of the investors that were working with me killed this rehab and they are now pending at 440K with only 12 days on market!

Congrats to these investors and I hope y'all have a quick closing before Christmas!

Brick ranch with a good layout, just needs updating throughout. two options with this one. Keep current square footage and minimize your rehab or enclose the carport increasing your square footage and shoot for top of the market. Houses in this area retail for the 250K range. Needs to be a cash closing.

I am an agent with OFF market distressed properties in Georgia. We are typically sourcing 45-50 deals through preforeclosures, marketing, short sales, REOs and more. Consistent inventory, free and clear title and similar comps included in each packet. I value relationships and pride myself in doing repeat business with investors I am working with.
