Same here man. I have one property I'm working on now and I am in the process of negotiating on an actual residence I am trying to move in to. Gonna charge a roommate rent and house hack but also attempting to pick up rentals as well

Yes there are definitely areas out of reach for people with little cash but try to look for the areas that are beginning to gentrify and turn around. Think of areas along the Beltline or East Atl. 30 miles south of Atlanta in Henry County is beginning to become oversaturated as well but you just have to be patient and creative. I am also looking for a contractor or help in the Woodbury, GA area (about 30 minutes from Senoia). Not much remodeling going on around here and I'm ready to get the ball rolling on this property. Any info would be greatly appreciated as well.

I'm a bit late to the party, but I live just south of that area. The Henry county area is full of opportunity especially in the McDonough and Eagles Landing areas. Kind of a war zone between Henry county and Atlanta (the Stockbridge, Riverdale areas). Definitely opportunity down here though!

Silly question.. first time attending something like this..  does anyone know the dress expected for this event? The venue looks very nice and wasn't sure how formal it was going to be.
