Hello all, I am looking to invest in the multifamily space in Atlanta or surrounding area. Any suggestion on where i can find some meet groups or educational seminars to help get started in this space that want waste my time. Thanks in advance
There is a multifamily group in the South Atlanta REIA. Most of the multifamily deals in Atlanta are at unusually low returns so I would be patient. With interest rates rising there is not a reason to buy yet.
I will second what @Stan Sugarman stated above. My wife and I have been looking to purchase an owner-occupied multifamily property for months and with limited supply and low returns, we are adjusting our strategy. The Atlanta South REI is also where we were referred as well.
