I am not seeing a drop in Atlanta except in certain pockets. One of my investors just sold/closed a property with 12 DOM full list price in the 440 price range on the retail side. 

I am an agent in Georgia but focus solely on sourcing OFF market properties through our marketing efforts, preforeclosures, short sales, REOs and more. Last month we ended up selling around 50 deals and we are always looking to network with investors that are looking for a good resource for off market deals that would make for profitable rentals with equity and fix and flips.
