New to GA, Atlanta/Marietta, Real Estate agents?? REO also

Hi All,

I just discovered Bigger Pockets and it was like the AHA! moment for me. I want to begin in real estate investment. I'm looking to do a first house fixer upper, probably a live-in flip. I am relocating to Marietta in about a month (from Palm Beach FL) for work.

**Does anyone know any decent real estate agents in the area? (Marietta/Atlanta/Smyrna/Kennesaw/Woodstock) Ones who understand REO (real estate owned) and foreclosed properties? Someone who is generally knowledgeable about all of this and real estate investing? And who is a good communicator.**

Note: I am not rushing a sale. I plan to rent first, find an agent, then look for/ wait for, a deal.

Thanks in advance!
