@Barrett Boone Hey, try Enoch heating and plumbing. They tend to have really good prices. I used them to do work on my Duplex in the Ft.Worth area. I'll also suggest getting at least 3 estimates from contractors.

@Josiah Guyer consider buying used appliances from a repair shop. Stoves and basic refrigerators aren't that expensive. Adjust the rent accordingly.

@Jill Lutz Same here. I work as a registered nurse and this wave has been an onslaught. I'm going to wait and see if Louisiana goes on lockdown or if cases decrease.

@Ben M. What's the name of the company you used to contest the tax hike?

Are there any travel nurses that have used the increased rates to buy more real estate? As a travel nurse do you find it hard to get financing to buy rentals?

I'm glad my rental properties are in Texas. I don't know how people make a living in California 🙄.

@Rob Bianco look into the cost of having separate meters for each unit. That way this won't be your problem anymore.
