@William Espich Have you considered investing in south Texas? San Antonio,Corpus Christi or the valley? I invest in DFW, but I used to live in South Texas. What about investing in towns slightly outside of Austin like pflugerville?

@Travis Lawrence Also banks like Wells Fargo aren't doing anymore HELOCs because of Coronavirus. If things get worse more banks may stop doing HELOCs so you probably shouldn't lock your cash up in times like these.

@Tony Gaultney maybe find homes in that price range near a hospital? You could rent the home out to travel nurses and physicians.

@Scott Marsh I saw an advertisement for an app that allows you to rent your land or garage for storage. Like if someone needs a place to store their boat or RV. I can't remember the name of the app, but if you Google it you should be able to find it.

Is there a lobbying group for landlords? Lobbying groups is something other business groups have.

@Cameron Price If you're able to get the Bank of America business card the withdrawal won't show up on your personal credit score. I did the same thing when I purchased my duplex.
