Do I have to accept an emotional support animal?

I have a tenant that didn't tell me about the ESA until after she signed the lease and gave me the deposit. I have not signed the lease yet, however. I live in Florida and I know they passed a new law pertaining to documentation for ESA's. I own less that 4 units, but I do not owner occupy. Do I still fall under the Federal Fair Housing Act and 504 of the Rehabilitation Act? Too many people have been trying to abuse the whole ESA designation.

@Konrad R. sorry for that, this whole thing stinks the way it’s been rolled out from the government. Has the tenant provided documentation from her health care provider? Because it’s an ESA, she needs to provide documentation from a doctor that is currently recommending this. You do not have to accept any forms downloaded from the internet
