Oh ok I didn't think that could be that big of a problem

hey! So one of my long term goals is to get into the apartment complex business. What's the hardest thing to deal with when managing one?

@Account Closed I'm not really considering being an agent in terms of usefulness to me as an investor. I just think it would be good for experience, but I'll really consider that when I actually get around to finally investing.

That's some interesting stuff but I promise you I'm not a marginal bob and my girlfriend isn't an alpha in the sense that you meant but she damn well isn't a beta either. Actually she's one of the huge reasons that I wanted to get into real estate in the first place. I don't really care about being a millionaire I just want the brightest future possible for my family. So as interesting as your research is I don't really think it applies to me.
