Hello all! I've been living with my mother and she wants to sell her house soon but I convinced her to rent out the house to me after she moves out and I'm planning to lightly rehab the house and rent out the 3 rooms to collage kids since we live near TCU. The monthly payment would be $1,350 to my mom and I was thinking about renting out the rooms for 650 to 850 each which would come out to about 300 after vacancy, repairs, and, cap ex. Any thoughts?

Hello! I was wondering if there are any expenses I should consider when analyzing an apartment complex. Is it basically the same thing as a small multifamily but you just take the extra units into account, or is it way more complicated than that? Thanks!

Hello! So I recently found a deal that could be a good property for house hacking if I just got a 50,000 dollar loan but I'm worried about private investors or banks not trusting me with their money. Is there anything I could do to look more financially reliable besides have a job or do my homework?

I do agree that fitness is highly important when you want to stay motivated but almost nothing can keep you from getting burnt out, even when you really love what you do. Nothing beats a good, healthy, much needed break every once in awhile.

Thanks guys I'm loving all of this stuff it's really helpful
