I think Eau Claire is great rental market. Of course I live here, but I see aprtment buildings going up. I own my own house & primarily do wholesaling here.

i'm more into residential but u could try Charter, Westconsin Credit Union, and Northwestern State bank... u may even wanna try Citizens bnk

I'm a Drywaller for 30 years and use google voice. phone number is a phone number... it has a local area code and it captures voice mail, texts and best of all is FREE. Well kinda free, need the internet, but i use that for multiple things. That's kinda like comparing a landline with a cell phone. Sorry, a little off topic but a whole sale business or drywall business... commonality=business. Hey to each their own, if non-google voice # makes you feel more professional, more powa to ya.
