Jeff Sprunger I'm more interested in flipping than anything else. I've gotten that same advice on buying the multi family unit home from a few different sources so right now I'm looking for a potential property to invest in. I'm definitely going to check out those books. Thanks for the advice Jeff

Hey BP Family,

i recently joined this site based on a book I came across about real estate investing and it pretty much said this site is a wealth of information and experience. All of my real estate experience has been from books and more recently I attended a real estate seminar provided by a local company with the expectation of receiving some valuable information and maybe a few opportunities to network and meet some like minded people. I did actually succeed in meeting some like minded people but it seemed like we were all at the same point. What do we actually do with all of this motivation and excitement about real estate investing? If anyone could help me get some experience under my belt to answer some of my questions about the implementation of the things advertised by the gurus and pros it would be very much appreciated. I'm a well of untapped potential just waiting for some actionable steps.

Thanks for reading this,

Donnell

Thanks for reading this guys

I really appreciate you guys being so supportive and giving me good advice on moving forward, just from those responses alone I am sure that I am in the right place as far as networking and learning is concerned. At first I was not sure how active the community on this site actually was but now i know for a fact that you guys are actually active and supportive and like i said earlier i really do appreciate that.

Great information Keith
