Hello,

I am a 23 year old active duty service member in the San Diego area and I'm here to start gathering more knowledge on the subject of REI. I currently have very little knowledge but I am in the process of attending a fortune builders event to kind of give myself a foundation. I have read a few books but it seemed to me as though it was more of just a motivational tool more than anything else. If any of you guys can provide me with any information or help it would be greatly appreciated. I'm pretty much looking to master all of the disciplines of real estate investing such as wholesaling, fixing and flipping, long term holds, and rental properties so any information that would help me get the ball rolling in some direction would be very much appreciated.
