I'm just starting out in real estate investing.  I became a real estate agent in the past for the purposes of getting into investing, but there was no one to show me how to "get my feet wet", so I had to put that endeavor on hold until now.  Doing deals is key so I'm interested in learning the ins-and-outs of negotiating the deal.
