When advertising a deal to my buyers. I was told that its important to ask the buyer(s) if they plan on assigning the contract or if they are the end buyer. Im still having a hard time understanding why I would ask these questions. Is it because you close faster if he/she is the end buyer? Can someone give me clarity please and thanks.

Hey Bp folks. I haven't post anything in a minute. I just bought some things to kick off my marketing campaign. I was just wondering if what i Purchased is considered a "good" start. So I bought 100 bandit signs, 2 car magnets, and 500 postcards. What do you guys think? Is that an ok amount? or should it be a little more.

Thanks guys

Can or should I use it to negotiate a better price or is it to only scale the sellers motivation?

Thanks fellas. Im going to wholesale the property. So ill be paying the contractor 50-60 dollars for his services. I plan to be up front that Im a wholesaler, and i would like him/her to come out and see what it would cost to get the property rent ready. would they still see that as a waste of time?

Hey folks. I was wondering if the contractor of my choosing should attend my first appointment or do I wait till I get it under contract to have him/her out. Sorry if this seems like a silly question :/
