Hey Bp folks. I trying to get some business funding for my RE business. I already have my LLC and my EIN number. I have my business number and email. Is there anything else Im missing. Ive received mail with my business name on it. Does that make me official? Should I start apply for Business credit cards now? What should be my next steps?

@Kerry Noble Jr What are some things I should watch out for with a sandwich lease option. As a beginner im sure theres some pit falls I should be cautions about

@Jim Pellerin Could you elaborate on the screening process. Like what all am I suppose to do so im not putting a terrible tenant buyer in the owners home.

Hey Bp folks, I know theres a lot of forums on here about wholesaling leaseoptions, and I've already read every post and comments. I get the overall picture of trying to wholesale a lease option. Im just not understanding a few things like: When the tenant buyer gives you your fee, does that go into a escrow account? or do you just collect it, and your out of the picture? My other question is how does the tenant buyer pay rent to the actual home owner? Would they be paying the owner or the bank directly?

Hey BP folks, I just got off the phone with a seller whom is selling his portfolio (5 properties). I plan to wholesale the package but how do I do so. How do I get all 5 under contract? Would they all be separate contracts or all on the same one? Someone help please
