Post: Business Credit/ Tiers to get funding

Hello Bp world. Ive hit a little brick wall with this Business Credit thing. Ive been trying to build my business credit score by going through vendor credit. I've done some purchases via Uline, Grainger, and Crowns Office Supplies in which I've paid them off with in 14 days of the purchase. I had a 700 credit score before I started doing vendor credit. I was told that i shouldn't worry about vendor credit since I have a "good" personal credit score. I was also told that I should sign up for Tier 2 funding like a Quick Trip Credit Card, or a Costco Cc etc. I guess Im just wondering if going through the tiers is necessary, or should I just go to my selected banks and try and get some type of funding. I hope all of this was transparent. Thank you guys.

Did you have to do any of the vendor credit, or tiers to get funding?

Silly question but what’s the cheapest way to run comps. I’m kind of on a budget and don’t want things to get to pricey.

Thank you @Gary Parilis and all. I actually agreed on a price with the seller about 30mins about. I dont know if I got it low enough. But judging on what similar homes sold for in the past. I could maybe score a 5k on this deal. Thank you all for your responses.

@Gary Parilis Redfin has that as well. I just didn't know if It should be trusted or not.

Could I use the median number from the trusted sites and prop stream?

Hello again BP world. I'm  trying to run some comps and Im getting little confused. I see what trusted sites like Zillow, Redfin, Realtor, and Trulia say about the properties value. Now is that value of the property in its current condition or the Estimated Value. I ask because I also use Prop-Stream thats gives the estimated value. Just wondering why theres a almost a 30 thousand dollar difference from the trusted websites vs prop stream.

Thanks.

I just quit my job the day after my daughters ninth birthday (October 4th). I couldn't be the Entrepreneur, the father I wanted to be working 13-14 hour shifts 6days a week. I got tired of trading time with my 2 children for a 1,400 dollar paycheck. In the 2 weeks I've been gone from my job. Time spent marketing my business has improved to 4 to 5+ hours a day. When I was working my 9-5 it was literally like 1 hour or two a week. Im continuously talking to "out of state" owners looking to get out of the landlord game. I drive for dollars, and write yellow letters. I got my Llc up and going. Currently trying to get my business registered with Dun and Bradstreet. I going  to purchase multi family through business credit, once I get my Business Credit number up. Im also doing creative real estate deals. Got some Leads im working on..... Ill never go back to a corporate job. Life is MUCH better on the other side.
