Pontenial Package Deal.. Now what
Hey BP folks, I just got off the phone with a seller whom is selling his portfolio (5 properties). I plan to wholesale the package but how do I do so. How do I get all 5 under contract? Would they all be separate contracts or all on the same one? Someone help please
