@Chanda Taylor

I work a firm in town that might be able to help. We’ve got some lenders for you to check out if your interested. Just shoot me an email and I’ll pass those along.

Middle TN is a great market.

Any of the areas orbiting Nashville are pretty safe. Let me know if you'd like to chat with a property manager in the area.

Good luck!

Hey Travers - I work with a broker and property management company in the Woodbine, south Nashville, and Bordeaux areas. Opportunities in your price range do pop up from time to time. Let me know if I can do anything to assist.

@Chloe Mayer

I live in Nashville too. In my personal experience I like house hacking to begin with, especially in this market!

You’ve got to live somewhere, right? If you both buy a house to live in this year, you’ll have 2 houses in your portfolio! In a year or 2 you’ll be super well connected to other investors in the area who will give you other ideas on how to move forward. There are some creative ways you can cash flow here!

@Kevin Wilson

I’ve got some good contacts in Clarksville. Much more affordable than Nashville and is mainly military folks. You can find 1% rule deals, but it still requires some work. Much more likely there then in Nashville.

Rally House Recovery Homes is expanding to another house in the south Nashville, Woodbine, Donelson area of Nashville, TN.

There are many benefits to renting to a sober living home, some of which include long term renters and renter pays for standard house maintenance repairs.

If you would like to discuss more benefits, please send me a message or give me a call.

Thank you,

@Satya Chaganti

I would think Thompson Station, Columbia, and Spring Hill renters looking for more affordable options while most of their work is in Franklin, and Brentwood.

In my view, Kingston Springs folks are working in Nashville primarily. Go a bit further and you are in Dickson, TN where you’ve got even more good options.
