Lots of options. To choose from. Most affordable new construction within a 30 mile radius is in places like Murfreesboro, Lebanon, and Clarksville.

An area that I’m doing work in is Old Hickory. Lots of construction in the “up and coming”Hopewell neighborhood and even in the higher end in Cleveland Hall.

There are plenty of options in the nicer areas of Nashville as well. Shouldn’t be too difficult to find there.

In Nashville most places within a 40 mile radius will likely appreciate above the national average. Depending on what you are able to put down, it is possible to cash flow especially if you refinance to a lower payment when you move.

Rents have a hard time catching up to appreciation. Not necessarily a horrible problem if you can swing it.
