My Name is Jason Fuller and am working on getting a couple locations under contract ideally within the week that will be great opportunities for investors/house flippers in Nashville.

I look for homes with an ARV between $100,000 - $600,000.

My buy formula is:

(ARV*0.65) - Repairs = buy price

Taking 35% off the top to account for 20% profit 10% closing costs and %5 for holding cost.

A little introduction to myself I am a Mechanical Engineer here in California and have been interested in Real Estate for some time now. I have worked with my dad flipping houses in Cleveland and now have family in Nashville which have introduced me to the area.
