Hello Nashville investors! I am an outsider that is considering this area to invest in. How is the market looking in 2020?

Hi Jeremy! I'd say it's looking strong! We're in the rental segment, and have been growing quite a bit lately. We're seeing more houses leasing quicker than ever. Overall I think its a great place to invest in right now and is still growing at a rate that you could get in at the ground level.
