We invest all over the state with rentals and tax liens, but never in city of Jackson.

Would have thought sale for taxes, but not ag??

The city of Mobile was getting out of hand, fought code enforcement and won, but just was not worth the risk of them starting fighting investors with a different approach.  We had about 75 tax properties and liquidated all, besides the income potential is much better in MS.

Thanks, we moved investments out of state.  Mobile started fining investors for stupid stuff, I fought in court and won, but decided it just wasn't worth the effort anymore. 

@ricky hale we were heavy into al and ms, ms is much more lucrative, so no longer in mobile.

Why not go to the sale yourself?

I currently have three different biz’s and multiple streams, filing return is usually 44 pages.  Really feel no one can be on top of all that I do other than me, so it has been worth it in my opinion. 

Honestly, I ordered all the publications and learned as much as I could, that way I know what decisions to make all year long and how to file most effectively.
