No, had one applicant turn in copy of rental payment history, said no pets due to allergies, first line...drumroll...pet deposit!

 Had a condo years ago, rented fine and had longterm tenant, would get hit with large bill for window replacements, etc. so beware.  Item to note, the association fees covered the insurance of the building, condo, and common areas, so insurance may not be needed or just a supplement to cover appliances and liability.

Thank you for the read.  So sad, worked on a subdivision of rentals, half owner let in section 8, tenants were difficult at times, inspector was wishy washy, in the end all the units were in horrible shape and they were let go back to the bank.  Thankfully I saw the result of another persons misfortune.

The water looks nice and the pool is deep in some spots, may want to try taking a dip and see where it leads.  Monitor the results and your success will guide the direction!

@Account Closed find what works for you, some get one loan from start, others rob from whomever and get into by shoestrings, cash payers, etc.  Find what you are comfortable with, then when ready and perfected, repeat....

Seems like if bankruptcy put house back in mortgage co hands, thought they can only give back if you accept.  Funny, i gained a tax deed in the same situation, bk, wanted to give back, they refused, so came to me via tax lien, just put under lease purchase to builders laborer, he's fixing and living in it, was partially stripped too.

$374 tax lien turned into deed, all in at $1400, should clear $30k if lease/purchase or keep and net 5-6k/yr...

Started flip sfr moved to buy/hold sfr with tax liens and repair biz, diversification but all re oriented!  Repair biz is not passive but it has a lot of "advantages"
