So as long as the buyer is there with the funds they will do a dbl closing? And how do I get paid form this type of transaction. Since we are not dealing with a seller where I can manipulate the sale price to include my payment @Christopher Goldie ?  Thanks for the reply as well

I purchased several HUD homes in past using my own money, now i'm considering wholesaling properties and was wondering is it possible to wholesale a HUD home to a buyer and how would I make money from this type of deal since I couldn't inflate price to cover my fee as wholesaler, or can I? Please explain

I purchased several HUD homes in the past and I think since you said you are willing to walk away from it if you are outbidded I would even consider going lower than 30k personally. I always offered half of the listing price and have been successful more often than not.
